TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through JMRaceradiators.

Products and fitment

JMRaceradiators supplies motorcycle racing parts, performance cooling products and related components. Many products are intended for racing and/or circuit use.

Customers are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for their motorcycle, model and model year before ordering. If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us before placing your order.

Prices and payment

All prices displayed in our webshop are in euros unless otherwise stated. Applicable VAT, shipping costs and other charges are shown during checkout where applicable.

Orders are confirmed after successful payment. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, product information or availability errors.

Product information

We make every effort to ensure that descriptions, specifications, photographs and compatibility information are accurate. Minor differences in appearance, packaging or specifications may occur due to manufacturer updates.

Installation and motorsport use

Motorcycle parts must be installed correctly and, where appropriate, by a qualified motorcycle technician. Incorrect installation or use can cause damage or unsafe situations.

Products intended exclusively for racing or circuit use may not be approved for public-road use. The customer is responsible for checking applicable local laws and regulations.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, destination and carrier. More information is available in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Warranty and liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable consumer law. JMRaceradiators is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, racing incidents, accidents, unauthorized modifications or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual property

Content on this webshop, including JMRaceradiators branding, text and original images, may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
