SHIPPING POLICY

JMRaceradiators ships motorcycle racing parts and performance products to customers in the Netherlands, throughout Europe and to selected international destinations.

Processing and delivery

Orders for products that are in stock are normally processed as quickly as possible. Delivery times shown or communicated by JMRaceradiators are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, destination and the shipping carrier.

Some specialist racing parts are supplied or ordered specifically from our manufacturers. These products may have a longer delivery time. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout where available. Costs depend on the destination, size and weight of the shipment.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive it after your order has been shipped.

International orders

For orders delivered outside the European Union, import duties, customs charges, taxes and other local fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Damaged shipments

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If a package or product arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and photographs of the damage and packaging.
