RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unmounted and in its original condition and packaging. Products that show signs of installation, use, damage or modification cannot be returned.

Before returning a product, please contact us at info@jmraceradiators.com and include your order number and the reason for your return.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or arrived damaged.

Incorrect or damaged products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, contact us as soon as possible at info@jmraceradiators.com so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-returnable products

Custom-made, specially ordered or personalized products cannot be returned where the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. Products that have been mounted, used, modified or damaged after delivery are also not eligible for return.
